Please read this Refund Policy carefully. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our services and the professionalism of our beauticians. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion, and we will take appropriate steps to address your concerns.
Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- A complimentary service correction or touch-up
- A partial or full refund of the service amount
- Credit for future services
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Quality Issues: If the service provided does not meet our quality standards or significantly differs from what was described or agreed upon.
- Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to products used during the service, provided you had informed us of any known allergies beforehand.
- Beautician No-Show: If our beautician fails to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- Significant Delay: If our beautician is delayed by more than 45 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time without prior communication.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide details of your service, including the date, time, beautician name, and nature of your dissatisfaction.
- If applicable, provide photographic evidence of the issue (especially for services like nail extensions, makeup, or hair treatments).
- Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any penalty.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
- Very Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Show: If you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a fee of 75% of the service cost may be charged.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- If you request changes to the agreed-upon service during the appointment that result in additional time or materials.
- If you fail to provide a suitable environment for the service (e.g., inadequate lighting, lack of space, or unsanitary conditions).
- If you do not follow the pre-service instructions provided by us (e.g., removing existing nail polish before a manicure).
- If you request a refund after 24 hours of service completion, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- For services that have been partially or fully redeemed through promotional offers, gift cards, or loyalty points.
6. Force Majeure
Tulayraa will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, civil unrest, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible convenience without additional charges.
7. Payment Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
